"ESSENTIALS DAY SPA OF SUMMERFIELD NOW OPEN"

We are seeking a beginner or experienced, skilled Massage Therapist to join our new location and team. The ideal candidate will understand various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, and possess excellent patient assessment skills. This role is essential in providing therapeutic services that promote relaxation, pain management, and overall wellness for our clients.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on client health history and specific concerns.
  • Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness and address pain management issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options, progress, and any necessary adjustments to their care plan.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology and occupational health practices to ensure comprehensive patient service.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a med spa setting when necessary to provide holistic care.

Experience

  • Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required.
