Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateLocation: 10455 Tamiami Trl N, Naples, FL 34108Employment Type: Part-Time / Hourly Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help create a welcoming shopping and donation experience for our community. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed. This role includes helping customers on the sales floor, operating registers and processing transactions, and being cross-trained to support backdoor donation operations to ensure an efficient and positive experience for customers and donors alike.  Key Responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting shoppers on the floor, and creating a welcoming store environment.Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while processing customer purchases.Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising presentation standards. Cross-train to support backdoor operations and safely handle incoming donations as needed. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience preferred.Experience handling cash, and utilizing cash registers, credit card machines, and POS systems preferred.
