Position Summary:
ThePart-Time Pizza Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering orders safely, efficiently, and with excellent guest service while also assisting with in-store operations as needed. This role includes operating a personal vehicle that meets company and state safety requirements, handling orders with accuracy, and ensuring every delivery reflects Marco's commitment to quality and hospitality. Drivers also support the store by helping with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and working as part of a team to provide memorable guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate and maintain a vehicle that complies with all company and state safety requirements and presents a professional, hospitable image to Guests.
  • Deliver orders safely, efficiently, and courteously
  • Assist with other duties at the store on an as needed basis, including assisting at the cut table.
  • Assist in store operations such as preparing pizza dough, slicing/chopping toppings, and maintaining food quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
  • Follow food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Drivers must have a valid license and up to date insurance as personal vehicle use is required for this position.
  • Basic math and computer skills for cash handling
  • Valid driver's license with at least two years of safe driving history
  • Proof of liability insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
