Job Summary:
Krsnadasa Inc. DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English, STEM, and Special Education Tutor for elementary students. This is a part-time, hourly position serving families in Shrewsbury and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. The Tutor will provide individualized instruction and ASD support to help elementary students achieve their academic and developmental goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $22 to $31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each elementary student's needs and learning objectives
  • Provide instruction in English, STEM, and Special Education subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies
  • Support elementary students with diverse learning needs, including ASD
  • Use engaging, age-appropriate teaching strategies and materials
  • Monitor and track student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education preferred
