Job Summary:
Krsnadasa Inc DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Math Tutor. As a part-time tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring services to students in the Southborough and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. This is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with students to help them improve their understanding and proficiency in Math subjects.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $22 to $30 per hour. The benefits package includes flexible scheduling, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in Math
• Develop customized lesson plans and teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
• Assess student's understanding and progress, and provide session reports to parents and TUTOR DOCTOR management
• Assist students with homework and test preparation
• Communicate regularly with parents to address any concerns or questions
Requirements:
• High school or equivalent, Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of tutoring experience in Math
• Strong understanding and proficiency in Math concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
