What are some common challenges faced by part-time math teachers, and how can they successfully manage their workload across multiple classes or schools?

Part-time math teachers often juggle teaching responsibilities across different classes or even multiple schools, which can make lesson planning and grading more complex. To succeed, it's important to maintain organized schedules, use digital tools for planning and communication, and build strong relationships with both full-time staff and students. Collaboration and clear communication with colleagues ensure consistency in instruction and help address students' individual needs effectively.
