JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This role supports daily warehouse and manufacturing operations by helping with shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, staging, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies.
The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, forklift experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pull Work Order picking lists to stage, load or unload goods from inbound or outbound Manufacturing areas.
  • Record, deliver, and replenish related supplies in a variety of consumer areas.
  • Helps to resolve problems utilizing knowledge of stock operations.
  • Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
  • Participates in routing, counting and inspecting items when delivering and returning items.
  • Utilizes computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks.

Qualifications
  • Worked in a warehouse environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift certified with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of automated or computerized system operation.
  • Knowledge of record keeping practices.
  • Knowledge of safety practices.
  • Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects.
  • Skill in operating forklift or other materials handling equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Energetic and motivated hard worker.
