What Youll Do

Masters Level Outpatient Therapists (licensed or license-eligible, including LPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) will:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to children, teens, and adults across multiple settings, including office and virtual sessions
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other supports to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional growth, case consultation, and skill development
  • Apply clinical expertise and autonomy while utilizing supervision as appropriate
Clinical Supervision: We love supervision. All employees, regardless of licensure status, are offered clinical supervision regularly and upon request. For licensed therapists, supervision can be used to discuss complex cases, professional growth, or new therapeutic approaches. Its our goal to support YOUR development as a professionallicensed or license-eligible.
What Were Looking For

For Licensed or License-Eligible Masters Level Outpatient Therapists:

  • A masters degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current/pending licensure prefered (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.)
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting your team
  • Ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and families
  • A commitment to your own professional development and learning
  • Experience in outpatient therapy with children, teens, or adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
