Our chiropractic clinic in Westminster is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to become the welcoming face and supportive personnel of our office. In this part time position, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office technology will help create a professional and friendly environment for patients and team members alike. This part time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a dynamic team of Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Massage Therapist.


Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, and direct calls using proper phone etiquette.
  • Manage front desk operations including handling service payments, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for 3 providers.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating databases in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with office manager and health care providers to ensure efficient office workflow and support personal assistant responsibilities when required.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone reception techniques.
  • Strong clerical skills including filing, proofreading, data entry, and time management.
