Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • PART TIME Breakfast Server - Flexible Days - 6a-10a Shift
  • Courtyard by Marriott Bistro Counter - Make and serve coffee drinks, light cooking, and cashier duties
  • Become fully trained in all areas of the "The Bistro" and perfect service
  • Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions
  • Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed
  • Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparationmethods and techniques, and ingredients
  • Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy
  • Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
  • Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
  • Delivers room service orders as needed
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute tooperational efficiency
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
