Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Coordinator with experience in graphic design, social media, and event support to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has already built a foundation in marketing and is ready to take on more ownership in executing campaigns and elevating brand presence.

You'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital channels, marketing initiatives, and live events-helping drive engagement, support sales efforts, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design:
    • Design high-quality, on-brand creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, print, and sales materials.
    • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Collaborate on larger branding and campaign initiatives.
  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.)
    • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, strategic posting.
    • Monitor social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
    • Assist Marketing Manager with vendor marketing agreements and fulfilling marketing obligations within those agreements.
    • Assist in developing campaign materials that support sales and business objectives.
  • Event Marketing & Execution:
    • Support planning and execution of company events, including trade shows, customer events, and internal initiatives.
    • Design event-related materials (signage, promotional assets, presentations.)
    • Assist with on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Partner with the Marketing Manager to align execution with overall strategy.
    • Contribute ideas to campaigns, promotions, and content strategies.
    • Work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, graphic design, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and branding.
