What Role You Will Play On Our Team
  • Lead high-profile tax advisory engagement
  • Provide strategic insights on tax issues to tax compliance and other functions
  • Develop and implement tax planning of business transactions
  • Collaborate with senior management on tax issues
  • Drive innovation in the tax function
About You

We are seeking a Senior Tax Counsel with a strong background in corporate tax planning, who possesses the following qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of tax planning experience
  • Minimum of a J.D.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Tax LL.M. preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Adds value by collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients and other support functions 
  • Shares knowledge to develop capabilities of the whole team
