About the Position

RTM is looking for an outgoing, ambitious, confident, and motivated Kiosk Sales Associate to join our team at Northpark Mall in Ridgeland, Mississippi.

This is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking for additional work, a second job, or a flexible way to earn extra money while building valuable sales and communication experience.

This is not a sit-behind-the-counter retail position.

Our sales associates are expected to actively engage with customers, approach people walking through the mall, introduce them to RTM, create genuine connections, and turn conversations into sales.

What You'll Do

• Represent the RTM brand professionally and enthusiastically
• Approach customers and start conversations
• Introduce new customers to RTM and our message
• Create genuine connections with people
• Promote and sell RTM clothing
• Learn our products and confidently explain them to customers
• Ask questions to understand what customers are looking for
• Work toward daily and personal sales goals
• Follow up with potential customers when appropriate
• Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and presentable
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team while also taking personal responsibility for your sales
• Take initiative instead of waiting for customers to come to you

Sales Experience

Previous sales experience is preferred.

However, we are willing to train the right person who does not have sales experience.

If you don't have sales experience, you must be willing to learn, take coaching, practice, and develop your sales skills.

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay is $10/hour, with the opportunity to earn commission based on sales performance.

Hiring Process

Selected applicants will begin with a 15–20 minute phone interview.

Candidates who move forward may be invited to an in-person interview with the owner of RTM.
