These positions can include roles such as retail sales associate, cashier, security personnel, customer service representative, or food court worker. Part-time mall jobs are ideal for students, individuals seeking flexible hours, or those looking to supplement their income. They often provide valuable work experience, employee discounts, and the opportunity to develop customer service and communication skills.

Part-time mall employees typically handle a variety of tasks depending on the specific store or role, such as assisting customers, operating cash registers, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. They may also help with inventory management and support promotional events or sales. Collaboration with other staff members is common, especially during busy periods or store openings and closings. Flexibility is important, as schedules often include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

***Attention Nursing Students or CNA's needing part-time flexible hours while gaining hands-on experience!***

Work as little as one shift a week or several, whatever works with your schedule!

  • This is not your typical caregiver job!  You will be gaining hands-on experience seeing around 15 elderly clients per shift while you assist them with things like medications, monitoring weight, blood pressure and blood glucose along with other various ADL’s that they need help with in order to stay independent during your short visits.
  • Shifts are fun, fast-paced and active!  A great way to gain some experience while making extra money and serving people who need you!  You will know you made a difference with each shift as our clients are very appreciative of our service and great to work with!
  • We run two shifts a day, seven days a week at Colonial Heights Independent Apartments in Florence (right behind Mall Road).  The morning shift goes from 7 am to 11 am, and the evening shift from 5 pm to 9 pm.
  • Shifts pay up to $18/hr!
