Job description

Edwards Inc. is a full-service industrial general contractor providing construction, fabrication, and crane services. We are currently seeking a Tool Room Attendant in Spring Hope, NC.
This is a Part time position with the schedule of 5am - 12pm. Saturday and Sunday; may be asked to fill in occasionally for employee's taking time off during the week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Issue In and Out small tools to employees
  • Pull tools and materials and stage for jobs
  • Stock and maintain inventory on shelves
  • Responsible for cleanliness of Toolroom area

Ideal Candidates Should Have:
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Continually walk/stand on surfaces which may be even/uneven, stable/unstable, and varying compositions.
  • The ability to routinely lift in-excess of 50 pounds on a continual basis.

Essential Requirements & Skills:
  • Requirements
    • Minimum of 5 years of working knowledge of
      • Pipe, valves, and fittings
      • Welding tools and supplies
      • Associated tools for mechanical and electrical application
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow directions.
