Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to processes and technical problems in the data, application, services, and network levels of the project. Keep track of project-related daily tasks assigned to the technical personnel to ensure that the personnel is actively working towards the given milestones. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Establish and execute technical training programs/processes for technical personnel. Assist, mentor and develop new talent on various technologies and act as an SME for project completion. Provide end-user support to investigate and resolve software and system usage problems.
