Hill International Trucks in Aliquippa, PA is currently seeking a Part-time receptionist & admin. assistant.

Will be a Full-Time position starting January 2027


PT HOURS ARE: 

  • 3 days needed M-F up to 30 hours a week. 8am-5pm

This individual would be responsible for the following:

  • Greeting customers who visit dealership in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Answering incoming calls, managing the switchboard and transferring calls throughout the building
  • Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Filing paperwork for the dealership
  • Assist with title work as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative office position required
  • Computer literacy and expert-level Microsoft Office skills required
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening required
