Madison Magazine is seeking an organized and detail-oriented production coordinator to join our award-winning team. This is a part time role, offering 20 hours per week, estimated. This role's primary objective will be to keep all elements of the print magazine product - including editorial articles, advertorial inserts, print ads and special projects - moving forward to ensure all deliverables reach the printer on time. The production coordinator will work between editorial, design, sales and marketing departments and be the point person for all communications with the printer and other magazine vendors.
What You'll Do
- Manage the production flow of all print magazine assets, including editorial, advertorial, print ads, and special projects
- Coordinate across stakeholders in editorial, design, sales and marketing to ensure deliverables are finalized on time
- Compile reports for printer, newsstand consultant, circulation auditors and other vendors
- Contribute to audience, circulation, and customer service duties
- Support all-hands-on deck projects at the magazine, including events, Best of Madison and other promotions
