Part-time positions can offer flexibility for those balancing other commitments, such as school or family, but may not always include full benefits. LPNs can work in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and home healthcare. One challenge can be ensuring continuity of care and staying informed about patient updates, so proactive communication and thorough handoffs are essential.
