Part-time long distance van drivers often face challenges such as managing fatigue, adapting to irregular schedules, and navigating unfamiliar routes. To handle these, drivers are encouraged to plan rest breaks, maintain good communication with dispatchers, and use GPS or route planning tools effectively.
