Job description

The Audio Engineer is expected to contribute towards the church's overall mission to love courageously, share generously, and speak boldly. This role will primarily assist the Worship Ministry by serving as the lead sound engineer in the auditorium for all services and events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and control front-of-house audio and/or develop a team that can run front-of-house with consistency and excellence
  • Lead and Develop volunteers to run broadcast audio
  • Manage and control Dante routing and patching
  • Assist in stage design and setup including instrument patching and cable management
  • Refine and update our audio systems to bring audio excellence to all we do

  • Must have paid experience running audio on a digital console
  • Must have an understanding of Dante routing
  • Must have experience working with a live audio broadcast system

  • Must work a minimum of 2 Sundays per month

Success Indicators for the Audio Engineer
