By joining our team, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering quality cannabis products while advancing the industry.WHAT YOU'LL dO:The Cultivation Technician is a versatile and hands-on position responsible for maintaining and caring for cannabis plants at multiple stages. Main tasks include, but are not limited to watering, plant maintenance, up-potting, scouting, spraying, environmental monitoring and control, cloning and more. This role is designed for candidates who are adaptable, reliable, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The technician will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while maintaining the highest levels of product quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:Cultivation Operations:   Perform tasks such as cloning, transplanting, watering, pruning, trellising, and defoliation.   Monitor plant health and environmental conditions, making necessary adjustments as directed.   Maintain accurate cultivation records, labels, and inventory in METRC and internal tracking systems.   Compliance & Sanitation: Follow all company SOPs and maintain compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations. Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the facility. Document daily tasks, product weights, and activities for quality assurance and regulatory reporting. Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-training and rotate between departments based on business needs. Support a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Communicate proactively with supervisors and coworkers to improve processes.WHAT YOU'LL bRING:High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in cannabis, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred but not required. Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality. Willingness to be flexible and take on varying responsibilities as needed. Regulatory Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.
