Job description

Interviewing NOW for Part-Time Event Sales Reps with Hourly Pay + Commissions

Looking to break into sales and earn based on your effort? We're hiring outgoing, reliable people to represent Window Nation at local events, festivals, and home shows.

This is NOT a sit-behind-the-table job. You'll be on your feet, talking to people, and generating leads.

What You'll Do:

  • Talk to event attendees and spark interest
  • Qualify homeowners and set appointments
  • Hit lead goals and earn commission
  • Set up/break down event booth (materials up to 50 lbs.)

Part-Time Schedule:

  • 10-30 hours/week
  • Availability to work some evenings + weekends required
  • Must work at least 2 weekends/month

 

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Comfortable talking to people all day
  • Able to stand 6-8 hours at an event, with or without accommodations
  • Able to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a PLUS (but not required)

 

 


Where We're Hiring:
 
Southwest Indianapolis, Decatur Township + surrounding communities (Plainfield, Mars Hill, Speedway, Greenwood, Mooresville, Avon, Beech Grove) 
$18 - $18 an hour
Base pay rate = $18.00 per hour + uncapped commissions (up to $50 per lead)
