Job description

PGCMLS is seeking a dedicated Building and Groundskeeper to join our team. In this part-time position, you will perform a variety of groundskeeping and custodial duties to ensure our facilities are clean, well maintained, and safe for the public and staff.
 
 

Essential Functions:

  • Clean and sanitize interior and exterior spaces, including restrooms, kitchens, and offices.
  • Maintain grounds and manage trash/recycling removal.
  • Assist with snow removal and heavy lifting.
  • Maintain equipment and support special building maintenance projects.
Schedule:  Mon - Fri, 6:30am - 10:30am (20 hours per week)
 
 
Qualifications:  
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year custodial experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Basic tech skills (email, Office, Google).
  • Friendly attitude and team spirit.
  • Proactive and dependable. 
  • Availability to work during weather related closures or emergencies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity (standing, bending, walking).
