Compensation:

This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

  • Clinical rate: $40-$58/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.

  • Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population

  • Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform

  • Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement

  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time

  • Participate in required training and team communication

  • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
