How You'll Make an Impact
Customer Experience
Create meaningful connections with every customer by delivering personalized service, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers build confidence in their style choices. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable shopping experience and build lasting loyalty.
Sales & Brand Experience
Achieve personal sales goals by understanding customer needs, recommending quality products, and representing the Johnston & Murphy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll take pride in delivering the premium service our customers have come to expect.
Store Presentation
Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store by supporting merchandising standards and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping environment.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with your teammates to achieve store goals, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture.

Physical Requirements
This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
