Job description

LHH is recruiting a Part-time, Legal Administrative Assistant for a downtown Cleveland law firm. 20 hours a week. Temp-to-hire. On-site.
Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling the calendar of activities of attorney, including making commitments for conferences, court dates, meetings and other appointments
  • Composing and editing of correspondence, legal briefs and other related documents
  • Receiving telephone calls and visitors
  • Typing a wide variety of legal documents, opening and maintaining files
  • Performing proofreading and correction tasks for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, format and content in prepared materials
  • Maintaining case files
  • e-filing with courts
