Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Front Office Administrator - Receptionist to join our prestigious team. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Pay: As our Front Office Administrator - Receptionist, you'll earn $22 per hour.
Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring weekday and weekend availability, including some holidays. Flexibility is key to supporting our dynamic country club operations.
Availability:
Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays, plus Tuesday evenings
Shifts:
AM: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
PM: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
All that you need to succeed as our Front Office Administrator - Receptionist is:
  • Experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to efficiently multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with reservation management systems and office equipment
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and a passion for member service

Experience in private clubs or luxury hospitality is a plus, along with skills in design tools like Canva and Publisher. Proficiency in systems such as OpenTable, MembersFirst, Google Sheets, QuickPass, RingCentral, Jonas, and Adobe is preferred.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - RECEPTIONIST?
In this part-time role, you'll coordinate communication and operations. Your tasks will include greeting members, managing reservations, designing menus and signage, supporting executive staff, and ensuring smooth departmental functions. You'll also handle guest access, troubleshoot tech issues, and assist with events, all while maintaining a polished front desk presence that reflects the excellence of Austin Country Club.
