This role supports our Express 4x4 Truck Rental team. Established in 1993 and acquired by Sasser in 2013, we offer flexible and affordable, mid- to long-term ยฝ-ton, ยพ-ton and 1-ton pick-up truck rentals for or clients, with a commitment to on-time delivery, anywhere in North America.
The Driver role is a part-time, on-call role primarily responsible for the delivery and pick-up of rental trucks. This role does not require a CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
As a Part Time Driver, Here's What You Will Do:
  • Driver is responsible for the safe and on-time delivery and pick up of rental trucks
  • Works with the Manager to coordinate and communicate any issues as they arise
  • Diligent attention to safety
  • Basic knowledge of rental equipment and safe driving procedures
  • Can be outdoors driving in all weather conditions
  • Adheres to Company policies and work requirements
  • Assure that all Rentals are maintained and in good working conditions

Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • A valid PA driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to safely operate a pickup truck, including frequent entry and exit from the vehicle, and maintain knowledge of and compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Must be a team player.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this opportunity is: $16.00.
This role is classified as non-exempt for purposes of all applicable wage and hour laws, which means that the individual hired will receive overtime pay for more than 40 hours worked in a workweek.
