Short Description
The trained Surgical technologist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite.
Overview

Cooper's Camden Campus is South Jersey's only Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, our OR team cares for some of the most complex and meaningful cases you'll encounter.
With 30 operating rooms and over 70 surgeries each day, you'll be part of a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech setting while delivering world-class care. Cooper's surgical services is growing fast, creating new opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement.
Experience Required
  • 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience is preferred

Education Requirements
  • Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists

License/Certification Requirements
  • Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or its successor, or other nationally recognized credentialing organization (e.g. NCCT - National Center for Competency Testing, etc.)

Special Requirements
  • 0700A-730P
  • Weekend, holiday, and call rotation required

SIGN-ON BONUS DETAILS:
  • MUST BE CERTIFIED
  • Offer valid through September 30, 2026

Two Year Commitment:
  • $4,000 for Full Time
  • $2,000 for Part Time

One Year Commitment:
  • $2,000 for Full Time
  • $1,000 for Part Time
