This is where you come inโ€ฆ We are excited to add a great LEAP Program Assistant to our Team!

PURPOSE:

This part-time position works with the THOR RV Education Directorto help increase the awareness of THOR Industries to students in the local community. This is a seasonal position in the Fall and Spring only that will work on average 20-25hours per week during the academic school year.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Prepare for program execution in local schools by organizing materials, supplies and other various program needs
  • Play fundamental role in executing LEAP program in schools to include presentation of key messaging and oversight of interactive activities
  • Work closely with the THOR family of companies to create awareness and understanding of employment opportunities offered in the RV industry
  • Engage in team member meetings and THOR community events organized by the corporate office

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent writen, communication, engagement and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle various projects at the same time with a positive attitude
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to drive RVโ€™s (CDL is not required)
  • Teaching or Communication background is preferred
  • Enjoys working with students
