Job description

The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake is looking for someone ready to join a fun, friendly, hard-working group as a Landscaper.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
  • Minimum 1 year Experience driving a pickup truck with trailer is required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in professional landscaping is required
  • Strong knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees - care and pruning
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools
  • Effective communication skills - able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, and communicate progress to foreman. English proficiency required.

  • General landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
  • Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas
  • Turf Care services such as dethatching, aeration, seeding, and leveling.
  • Keep maintenance equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on efficiency and production goals
  • Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day


Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $27.00 and is dependent on your experience and eligibility to be a driver.
