Job description

Be a part of something remarkable as a part-time seasonal Lead Store Associate at Faneuil Hall and the Charlestown Navy Yard in Boston, MA!  Pay starts at $16.50/hour! Season runs until November 1.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Operate the cash register by processing appropriate tenders and maintaining accurate cash register records
  • Restock the sales floor while following visual merchandising guidelines and help create visual displays. This includes lifting boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to a shelf height of 5 feet and may require standing for long periods of time to include bending, squatting, and reaching
  • Assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products
  • Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • May open and close the store independently
