Job Description

Seed and grow your career within MLSE's Groundskeeping team!

Partnering with the Supervisor, Groundskeeping, you'll support the preparation and maintenance of world-class playing surfaces for Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts. This part-time contract role will give you hands-on experience with field operations at both BMO Field and BMO Training Ground. You'll work closely with facility and operations staff to ensure our athletes compete on safe, professional-quality fields.

Position Type: Part-time Contract until December 31 2026

Responsibilities

You want a role where your work has a direct impact on the game. At MLSE, you'll:

  • Contribute to the preparation of professional soccer and football fields at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground.

  • Operate field and landscaping equipment including tractors, mowers, and line trimmers.

  • Support painting and lining of multiple types of athletic fields to professional standards.

  • Maintain landscaping around stadium and training facilities to the highest quality.

  • Assist in the day-to-day upkeep of grounds to ensure athlete, staff, and fan safety.

  • Collaborate with teammates across Operations to deliver exceptional playing conditions.

Qualifications
