Being a driver is fun and fulfilling for those who enjoy leading movers, physical activity, problem-solving, helping and interacting with people in your community.

  • Starting Pay: $20 / hour + tips and WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive a and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck
  • Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely
  • Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth and successful move
  • Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly
  • Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
  • Act as the Team Leader for the moving team, executing a game plan for the move
  • Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory
  • Complete the move paperwork and handle customer payment
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens
  • Be 21 years or older
  • Possess a valid Drivers’ License and good driving record, NO CDL required
  • Drivers’ License must not have current driving suspensions or prohibitions
  • Must be able to obtain or hold a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MED), also known as a DOT Medical Card
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • The ability to lift 100 pounds
  • The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
  • A friendly personality with customer service skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A commitment to safety and professionalism
