Job Overview:

Rendr is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Medical office coordinator to manage the outreach, coordination of specimen pickup, lab supplies among our clinical sites as well as collecting feedback and assisting office staff in lab test ordering. The ideal candidate will ensure communication of essential needs while fostering strong relationships with our internal clinical sites. This role requires commuting to various locations, a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • mostly communicating with office staff and address their concerns;
  • help lab test order and coordinating question answers;
  • delivery supplies only on demand,

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and Organization Skills.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for deliveries).
  • Ability to perform light lifting of lab supplies and equipment.
  • Availability to work 3-4 days per week based in Flushing, NY (delivery days are subject to needs of the clinical offices and must be willing to commute to various locations within New York City.
