We are looking for a skilled anesthesiologist to become part of our collaborative, hospital-employed anesthesia team at our facility. This position offers a stable environment led by physicians, with competitive compensation, flexible call options, and the chance to create a work-life balance in a Level III Trauma Center.

Opportunity Overview:

Base Salary: $520,000
Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation: Quality Bonus
Time Off: Minimum of 8 weeks vacation, with potential to extend to 15 weeks based on call track.

Departmental Overview:

  • 16 full-time anesthesiologists

• 7 additional post-call weeks, significantly enhancing total time off
• Guaranteed day off after call
• Ideal for those seeking maximum vacation time.

Second Call (Backup) Track:
• No in-house call requirement
• Approximately every 9th second-call rotation
• Lighter call responsibilities.
