Description:
We are seeking experienced, unarmed agents for various assignments in the San Fernando Valley, Hawthorne, El Segundo, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Westwood, Bel Aire, Koreatown, West LA and Downtown Los Angeles. Opportunities are available in various environments, including nightlife, hotels, residential, and corporate settings, with positions ranging from part-time to full-time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and thorough patrols around the property perimeter and through all interior spaces, including parking areas, to detect and deter unauthorized entry.
  • Maintain a visible presence to provide a sense of security to residents and deter potential intruders.
  • Identify, approach, and professionally manage encounters with homeless individuals attempting to enter the property, ensuring they are redirected away from the premises without escalation.
  • Report and document all security-related incidents, irregularities, and maintenance issues in a timely and detailed manner.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
  • Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed.
  • Engage with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their security concerns and ensuring their safety.
  • Participate in ongoing security training and awareness programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid BSIS Guard Card as required by the State of California.
  • Can start immediately.
  • A minimum of 1 year of security experience, preferably in residential or hospitality environments.
  • Own a professional security uniform, including black cargo pants, black boots, and a duty belt. Pepper spray and a taser are preferred, subject to legal compliance and certification.
  • Own a Full Black Suit
  • Physically fit for extensive patrolling and capable of handling potential confrontations.
  • Knowledgeable in security equipment and technology.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have a smartphone and be knowledgeable in using different apps.
  • Must be physically sharp, well-groomed, and well-mannered.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be well-spoken.

Pay: Bi-weekly: $18 to $19 per hour.
