Position Summary
Midvale Country Club is seeking dependable and motivated Kitchen Staff to join our culinary team. This position supports all areas of kitchen operations and may include responsibilities related to dishwashing, food preparation, line cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, and cookware
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as assigned
Support line cooks and kitchen leadership during meal service
Operate kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Restock kitchen supplies, ingredients, and clean service items
Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean disposal areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Help maintain an organized and efficient kitchen environment
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take direction
Flexibility to assist in multiple kitchen roles as needed
