At Grunt Style, we are looking for an energetic Retail Keyholder to help lead the team, drive sales, support daily store operations, and create an awesome customer experience. You'll help keep the store running smoothly while motivating the team and bringing great energy every day.

• Strong communications and people skills.

• 2+ years of retail experience preferred, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role. Able to understand and work with sales numbers and performance data.

• Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, lifting and staying active throughout the shift, with occasional bending, kneeling, crouching and ladder climbing as needed.
