Nous recherchons un(e) Keyholder motive(e), dynamique et passionne(e) par le service client pour rejoindre notre equipe de 25h a 30 h par semaine. Si vous aimez le chocolat, le contact client et jouer un role cle en boutique, nous voulons vous rencontrer !

Mission du poste :

Le/la Keyholder soutient l'equipe de la boutique au quotidien. Il/elle offre un service client exceptionnel, contribue a atteindre les objectifs de ventes et participe aux operations courantes du magasin, incluant l'ouverture, la fermeture et le maintien des standards Lindt.

Vos responsabilites :

Leadership & Operations :

  • Assurer l'ouverture et la fermeture du magasin et soutenir les responsabilites de gestion.
  • Encadrer et guider l'equipe pour atteindre les objectifs journaliers.
  • Participer a la formation des nouveaux employes.
  • Contribuer a la mise en place du visuel et aux animations en boutique.

Service client :

  • Accueillir chaque client chaleureusement et offrir un service personnalise.
  • Repondre aux questions, conseiller sur les produits et renforcer l'experience Lindt.
  • Gerer les retours et resoudre les situations clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Promouvoir les ventes corporatives et les solutions cadeaux.

Merchandising & Inventaire :

  • Maintenir des standards visuels impeccables selon les directives Lindt.
  • Reapprovisionner les produits et participer a la gestion de l'inventaire.
  • Aider a la preparation et la coordination des commandes corporatives.

Gestion de la caisse :

  • Assister aux taches liees a la gestion de la caisse.

Qualifications :

  • Experience confirmee dans un role de vente au detail ou en contact direct avec la clientele.
  • Excellentes competences en service a la clientele et capacite a stimuler les ventes.
  • Experience avec les systemes de point de vente (POS) et la gestion de la caisse.
  • Connaissance des procedures de gestion d'inventaire et des standards visuels.
  • Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacite a prioriser les taches et a travailler sous pression.
  • Personnalite accueillante, dynamique, avec un fort sens du service client.
  • Disponibilite flexible, incluant les fins de semaine et les jours feries.
  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent.
  • Une passion pour le chocolat !
