We are currently looking for a compassionate, dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Kennel Technician/Front Desk Associate.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service skills. The role combines hands-on animal care responsibilities with front desk and client communication duties, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
Position Details
  • Part-Time position
  • PM/evening (2-8pm) and weekend availability (AM/PM) required

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and supervision for boarding and daycare pets
  • Feed, walk, monitor and clean up after animals
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary facility including kennels, play areas and common spaces
  • Observe animal behavior and report any concerns to management
  • Safely handle dogs of various sizes, breeds and temperaments
  • Assist with bathing and other basic pet care services as needed
  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, make reservations, check pets in/out and process payments
  • Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding their pets' stay and care
  • Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
  • Previous animal handling or kennel experience preferred
  • Customer service or reception experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and energy levels
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
  • Able to stand, bend, walk, clean and lift up to 50lbs
  • Must have dependable transportation
