Ability to read and interpret documents such as cleaning standards, operating instructions, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and directions for cleaning chemicals.  Ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees of the JCA, ability to use proper grammar and proper pronunciation.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
