The candidate will be called upon to: Perform routine maintenance and repair work such as painting, minor maintenance work, etc; Make sure to respond promptly to residents' requests; Maintain the heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical system, etc; Handle, transport and use different tools and materials; See to the security of the two residences; Maintain the list of suppliers and be the point of contact; Ensure that apartments and rooms are ready before the arrival of a new resident and after departure (plaster, painting, minor work, and verification according to an established grid; Respond to emergencies; Supervise employees assigned to housekeeping; All other related tasks.
