Job description

Industrial Cleaner - Janitorial Services Two shifts available- Day and Evening - Full Time and Part Time
  • Mon- Saturday (16 hours daily)
  • Sunday- ( 12 hours)
Hourly: $18.00 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our janitorial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in industrial facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of industrial areas including floors, walls, machinery, and equipment.
  • Drive a Forklift ( experience a plus but not required)
  • moving scrap metal and wood pallets, running a floor scrubber, and other misc labor intensive jobs as needed
  • will work indoors and outdoors ( heat/cold)
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Dispose of waste materials according to company policies and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with other janitorial staff and supervisors to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required.
