Job Description
We're looking for Telemedicine Site Coordinators who are excited to support specialty consultation services and help ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers. In this role, you'll coordinate scheduling and registration activities, provide patient and provider support, collect and analyze data, and assist with telemedicine operations. We value strong communication, organization, initiative, and professionalism, and we're excited to welcome teammates who bring these strengths to our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate telemedicine specialty consultations, scheduling, registration, and patient services
  • Support patients, providers, and remote sites throughout telemedicine encounters
  • Maintain and follow telemedicine policies and procedures
  • Collect, analyze, and report operational and financial data to meet reporting deadlines
  • Provide basic technical support for telemedicine systems and escalate complex issues as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, providers, and partner agencies
  • Complete project assignments accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines
  • Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions

Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with physicians, clinical staff, technical teams, patients, and external organizations to deliver effective telemedicine services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare and/or a community organization
