Part-Time Inventory & Administrative Assistant

The Diller Room is a well-established Seattle cocktail bar known for its professionalism, hospitality, and supportive team environment. We are looking for a Part-Time Inventory & Administrative Assistant, who takes pride in their work, is reliable, organized and wants to become a valued part of our operation. This position may be ideal for a hospitality professional seeking consistent part-time hours with a flexible schedule.Â
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $27-$30ph (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts for bar and kitchen operations
- Assist with ordering bar, kitchen, and operational supplies
- Perform general administrative and office duties
- Organize and maintain inventory recordsÂ
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous inventory, administrative, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsÂ
- Experience with Toast, restaurant inventory systems, or hospitality software a plusÂ
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Reliable and Punctual
- Proactive and TrustworthyÂ
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Flexible schedule and willingness to assist where needed
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and spreadsheets
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and following tasks through to completion
- Ability to lift and move boxes/supplies up to 40 lbsÂ
