Part-Time Inventory & Administrative Assistant
The Diller Room – Seattle, WA

The Diller Room is a well-established Seattle cocktail bar known for its professionalism, hospitality, and supportive team environment. We are looking for a Part-Time Inventory & Administrative Assistant, who takes pride in their work, is reliable, organized and wants to become a valued part of our operation. This position may be ideal for a hospitality professional seeking consistent part-time hours with a flexible schedule. 
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $27-$30ph (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts for bar and kitchen operations
  • Assist with ordering bar, kitchen, and operational supplies
  • Perform general administrative and office duties
  • Organize and maintain inventory records 
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous inventory, administrative, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 
  • Experience with Toast, restaurant inventory systems, or hospitality software a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
