Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Membership Support Intern to assist our team during a busy season. This internship is designed to help the department catch up on backlog tasks while maintaining current operations. It offers hands-on experience in customer account management, billing processes, and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Register customer-purchased equipment with manufacturers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Assist with invoicing for declined monthly and annual membership payments
  • Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
