Wisestaff is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and driven Healthcare Recruiter. At Wisestaff our vision is to increase our government support services by developing improved healthcare and managerial solutions. We operate through Government Contracts with military, government and civilian institutions and have successfully partnered with many clients to serve the needs of numerous communities since our business first started in June 2003. As our business grows, we are looking to hire a part-time Recruiter. The role of the part-time Recruiter is to attract, identify and recruit roles in support of government contracts and work directly with HR and Hiring Managers as well as business leaders to drive all recruitment activity.
Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Pre-screen resumes, evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Thoroughly vet candidates to ensure their interests and credentials align with our organizations needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures in the pre-screening and post-employment process
• Work closely with management to ensure we are reaching required FTE requirements and identify any possible future recruitment needs
• Track recruiting metrics such as call volume, time-to-fill, and pipeline of candidates
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including complex Internet searches, social and professional networking groups, and the development of existing candidate relationships

Requirements
Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in relevant or related field preferred
• 1-2+ years Healthcare or Clinical Recruiting experience
• Government contracting experience preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
